networks across the St. Louis region, beginning with the O'Fallon Wireless project
currently underway.

Network 1 launched the O'Fallon Wireless network on the north side of O'Fallon,
Missouri (north of Highway 70) on Oct. 19, 2007. Phase 2 of the wireless project is
scheduled to go live south of Interstate Highway 70 in O'Fallon on Feb. 1, 2008.

While Network 1 undertook the building of the wireless infrastructure, they
